TsaiComms’ mission is to bridge the cultural gap between East and West through intercultural competency workshops, community outreach, culture-based coaching and strategic partnerships.

Ms. Tsai’s personal vision is to be the voice for the Asian community and a mentor and coach to ethnic women. She is a sought after speaker on topics related to intercultural competency and the Chinese culture.
