- 2003, TsaiComms was named on the Portland Business Journal’s Top 25 Minority Businesses after its first year of operations.
- April 2006 - Lillian was the featured “VIP of the Month” in the April issue of Oregon Business Magazine and the first Asian-American woman to be featured in this profile.
- October 2006 – Sweat Equity Award, NW Minority and Women’s Business Excellence Conference.
- January 2007 - Lillian was the only Asian-American recipient of the 2007 World Arts Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award for Community Service
- April 2007 - Lillian was named “Outstanding Women in Business of 2007” by the Portland Business Journal’s (The Orchid awards), their highest honor for achievement for women in business.
- October 2007 - Portland Business Journal’s Small Business Philanthropist Award for 2007
