Jeremy Solomons is a UK-born and USA-naturalized. From his twin bases in Austin, Texas and Kigali, Rwanda, he coaches, consults, designs curriculum, facilitates and trains in the areas of: Career/Life Planning; Creative and Whole-Brain Thinking; Cultural Excellence; Difficult Conversations; Diverse and Dispersed Teams; Everyday Inclusion; Gender Equity; Global Strategy; Influencing, Negotiating and Persuading; Organizational Bullying; Performance Feedback and Evaluation; and Well-Dressed Presenting and "Naked" Facilitating.

In the specific area of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), he has consulted on DEI strategy and co-designed and -facilitated many coaching and interactive training sessions for many different leaders and organizations around the world. Over the last 13 years, he has co-designed and -facilitated many different kinds of coaching and training sessions with Lillian Tsai for clients that include: Daimler Trucks North America, Logitech, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, RDH, and Royal Dutch Shell.
