Alisa is Principal Consultant at Alisa Blum & Associates, helping businesses and organizations succeed by selecting, developing, and keeping top talent. Since 1996, she has provided assessments, training, facilitation, and coaching to government agencies, health care organizations, non-profits, Fortune 500 companies, law firms, professional services firms and technology companies, to improve communication across the generations, enhance management skills, manage change, decrease stress and help teams work together more effectively.  Alisa is certified to provide assessments and coaching by the Institute for Social+Emotional Intelligence. She provides the Prevue assessment to assist in selection and succession planning. Alisa has worked with Lillian Tsai since 2012 providing the trainings, “Working Across Generations & Cultures” and “Creating a Mindful & Inclusive Work Environment”. She assists TsaiComms with DEI survey analysis as well as facilitating focus groups and interviews.

Alisa has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Prior work experience includes positions as a clinical social worker, supervisor and training director.
